How will I be taxed?
You only pay tax on the money you withdraw, that's more than the total you invested.
For example, if you invest €1,000 then the first €1,000 you withdraw is seen as the principal withdrawal, so you won’t be taxed on it. Anything more than €1,000 is considered as returns from the sale of assets, and you’ll only pay tax on those returns.
All payments made to your Go & Grow account are seen as one investment, although the money has been used to fund individual claims. It doesn’t matter when or in how many parts you paid money into your Go & Grow account.
If you are unsure, please consult a qualified tax advisor.
Please note: You are solely responsible for declaring and paying your taxes correctly. Taxation will depend on your specific circumstances, such as your country of residence. We cannot give tax advice. We highly recommend you consult an expert.
