Before closing your account, please make sure you don't have any duties or obligations towards other users or Bondora. You can close your account from your Dashboard by clicking on the Settings tab on the left panel and then clicking "Close account."
If you can’t find the Close account button, you might not have fully finalized your sign-up process or have investments or money left on your Bondora account.
- If your account sign-up process is not finalized, please write to our support, and we will help you close the account.
- If you still have investments or money in your Bondora account, you must liquidate them completely or withdraw the full amount, after which you can close the account.
Once done, you can close your account from your Dashboard by clicking on the Settings tab on the left panel, then Close account.
If you'd like to reinvest in the future, don't create a new account; contact our support, and we'll reopen this one for you.
