If you can’t sign in, you can reset your password using the email address registered to your Bondora account.
Reset your password
- Open the sign-in page: https://app.bondora.com/en/login
- Select Lost your password?
- Enter your email address and select Send.
- Open the email from Bondora and follow the link to create a new password.
- Return to the sign-in page and sign in with your email address and new password: https://app.bondora.com/en/login
If you don’t receive the reset email
Try these steps:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Search your inbox for Bondora.
- Make sure you entered the email address registered to your Bondora account.
- Wait up to 10 minutes, then request a new reset email.
If you can’t access your registered email address
If you no longer remember which email address you used to sign up, or you’ve lost access to it, contact customer support. We’ll help you regain access after verifying your identity.

Google sign-in update
Google sign-in is no longer available. If you previously used Google to sign in and don’t know your password, reset it using the steps below. After that, you’ll sign in with your email address and password.
Security note
For your security, we only send password reset links to the email address registered to your account. If you didn’t request a reset, you can ignore the email.
