The final phase before granting the loan and disbursing the proceeds is for the borrower to sign the standard Bondora loan agreement and the Standard European Consumer Credit Information form. The content of these documents is, to a large extent, dictated by legislation of the respective loan countries and the European consumer credit legislation.
