Why do I have to complete the KYC form?
Before we can finalize your account and grant you access to invest, you must complete the short KYC (Know Your Customer) form. This is in addition to completing the ID verification and the bank account verification.
You can log into your account and click on the account setup banner you'll see at the top of your screen. Then follow the verification prompts to finalize your account verification.
Once you've completed your verification and we've finalized your account, you'll be able to enjoy all the benefits of being a Bondora investor.
Please note: If you don't complete the KYC form, we may be forced to close your account.
If you've added money to your account before finalizing your account setup, your money will be reserved until we've activated your account. If we have to close your account, your money will be sent back to your bank account.
