If we contact you, please reply to our email and provide:
Why the transfer was made by someone else
For example, a family member transferred funds for you, or a business partner made a payment.Your relationship to the person who sent the money

For example, salary or wages, savings, investment income, inheritance, or another legitimate source.
Supporting documents
Please also attach at least one document that supports where the money comes from. Examples include:
A recent payslip
A bank or account statement
An inheritance or gift document
Other relevant documents that clearly show the origin of the funds
The document must clearly show:
The name of the owner of the funds
The amount
Evidence of where the money comes from (how and when it was received, where relevant)
