You can transfer money to your goal either from your external bank account or from your existing Go & Grow balance.
To make a transfer:
From your Go & Grow dashboard, click the Invest tab
Choose how you want to transfer funds:
Bank transfer (from your external bank account)
Move money (from your existing Go & Grow balance)
Option 1: Bank transfer (from an external bank account)
Use this option to add new funds to your goal.
Select Bank transfer from the Invest page
In the Goal field, choose the goal you want to transfer money to
You will see the bank details for the transfer
Copy these details and make the transfer from your online banking
Click Continue to proceed
Option 2: Move money (internal transfer)
Use this option to move money from your unallocated balance or another goal.
Select Move money from the Invest page
In the From section, choose where the money is coming from (e.g. Unallocated)
In the To section, select the goal you want to transfer money to
Enter the amount
Click Move money to complete the transfer
Once completed, the funds will be allocated to your selected goal, and you can track its progress directly from your dashboard.
