How to make withdrawals from your Goals

You can withdraw money from your goals at any time directly from your Go & Grow dashboard.

Make a withdrawal

1. Go to your Go & Grow dashboard

2. Click the "Withdrawal" tab

3. On the next page:

   • In the "From" section, select the goal or balance you want to withdraw from

   • In the "To" section, choose the destination account (your connected IBANs will be listed)

4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw

5. Click "Confirm"

6. Enter the SMS PIN code sent to your phone

7. Click "Confirm" again to complete the withdrawal

Fees

• A €1 withdrawal fee applies to each withdrawal from your Go & Grow account

Good to know

• You can withdraw funds from your goals at any time

• Withdrawn funds are sent to the verified bank account (IBAN) you selected before confirming the withdrawal.
