Is interest rate risk a threat to Bondora?
Interest-rate risk is the risk that movements in interest rates may adversely affect Bondora’s income or the value of its financial asset and liability portfolio. Bondora believes that interest-rate risk is not material to its operations since its borrowings are negligible. Bondora also does not have or plan to have any exposure to positions in complex financial instruments. Bondora’s interest-rate risk is managed by its Chief Financial Officer.
